• AI Chat: Interactive conversations with AI to clarify concepts and answer questions
• Text-to-Speech: Audio generation for listening comprehension and accessibility
• Progress Tracking: Save your work, track exam results, and monitor learning progress (requires account)

5. User Accounts

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Accuracy of AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. AI responses may contain errors, biases, or outdated information. You use AI-generated content at your own risk.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUDDAM BROTHERS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

10.4 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed $100 CAD.
